All resumes will be reviewed and only qualified resumes will be forwarded to the client.
Screening Services
This service is typically best suited for clients who are trying to fill positions where the candidate pool is large. This is a fee based service that takes the burden of screening off the client's shoulders. We will screen all submitted resumes and determine if they meet the requirements. As appropriate, we will conduct a behavior based assessment of each candidate and a phone interview.

Recruiting - Contingency Based
This is a service typically best suited for clients who are looking at multiple options to fill an open position. We will develop a proper job description and profile with you, place the job positing on www.reliabilitycareers.com, identify and screen potential candidates, and forward candidates who pass our screening directly to you for your consideration.
Recruiting - Retainer Based
This is a service typically best suited for those clients who are looking to reduce hiring cost and willing to pay a fixed fee up front. The service is the same as the "Contingency Based" recruiting service.
