The Position: Reliability Engineer
As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will provide comprehensive development, review and analysis of corrective and preventive maintenance activities utilizing risk assessment and condition-based maintenance methodologies. Work product includes formulation of continuous improvement strategies for asset preservation to support manufacturing, infrastructure and development activities. You will oversee the gathering of data from predictive technologies such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, etc. to determine equipment condition and operating efficiency. Estimate remaining operating life and Mean Time Between Failures and recommend appropriate actions for repair and/or replacement.

You are an individual with the education and experience generally obtained through a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering with 9-11 years experience or a Masters of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience with knowledge of cGMP and OSHA PSM, especially in an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing setting. Experience with SAP/PM, Certification for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (CMRP), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Reliability Professional certification preferred.
